Project Manager / IT Integrator (IT Security)

Location: Katowice, Poland (Zabrska 19)

Salary: 13,000–19,000 PLN per month for a senior specialist position; 17,300–23,000 PLN per month for an expert position.

What you will do

• Coordinate and drive IT security projects, programs, and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, dependencies, and governance structures.
• Align priorities and delivery plans across teams, stakeholders, organizational units, vendors, and partners.
• Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor progress and manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and executive-level reporting.
• Provide delivery guidance, support decision-making, and improve governance processes and ways of working.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in IT.
• Mandatory international project experience and experience working in complex, multi-team IT environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, stakeholder management, organization, and ownership skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, dependencies, risks, and senior-stakeholder communication.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent English at C1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with IT security topics.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Degree, training, or comparable qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
