Project Coordinator / Project Support Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid in Warszawa, with 2–3 days per week from the office.

Salary: 700–1,000 PLN/day on B2B.

What you will do

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating activities for an HPE NonStop financial services project focused on Out of Region Recovery.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them forward independently.
• Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Facilitate dialogue, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain engagement and alignment.
• Challenge the status quo and contribute different perspectives to solution development.

Requirements

• Experience in the financial sector or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
