What you will do

• Lead a key routing services reliability program involving developers and site reliability engineers.
• Support cross-functional teams with planning and execution across multiple technical projects and programs.
• Build communication and documentation practices, and report program status, risks, dependencies, opportunities, and success metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Engage collaborators to assess business risks, understand priorities, and propose solutions.
• Implement best practices and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain relationships with engineering teams, with a focus on server hardware components.

Requirements

• Relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficient program or project management experience in cross-functional technical teams.
• Sufficient technical background to work credibly with technical teams and evaluate risks and issues objectively.
• Experience navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire people at all organizational levels without direct authority.
• Proficient experience managing Agile work processes.
