Continuous Improvement Expert (Fulfillment)

Location: Adamów, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with 30 days of occasional remote work

What you will do

• Lead continuous improvement projects across fulfillment operations to improve productivity, quality, safety, and operational costs.
• Design end-to-end logistics solutions covering warehouse layouts, material flows, IT integration, and automation.
• Map and analyze processes using tools such as Value Stream Mapping to eliminate waste and reduce costs.
• Track project performance through Cost per Unit, OEE, Lead Time, and other KPIs, including ROI evaluation.
• Evaluate and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets for automation and process-enhancement initiatives.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools, perform operational data analysis and root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and Quality teams on implementation.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or a similar role in logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on Solutions Design experience creating and implementing efficient warehouse processes and technological solutions.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Management methods including 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, PDCA, and Ishikawa.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets; advanced Excel proficiency is required.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to manage change effectively.
• Business-fluent Polish and English required for project and daily business communication.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with WMS and warehouse automation.
• SQL or Power BI familiarity.
• Project management certification such as Agile, PMP, or PRINCE2.
