Senior Vendor Specialist (Home&Garden)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid 4/1 model with 30 days of occasional remote work.

Contract: Employee; replacement contract for 24 months.

What you will do

• Execute 1P purchasing and sales for the Home & Garden category.
• Define the product catalogue according to market demand and manage optimal stock levels.
• Ensure targeted sourcing times, price levels, margins, purchase volumes, and stock rotation targets are achieved.
• Coordinate accurate supplier catalogue updates and identify new suppliers.
• Negotiate and close purchase-order conditions with suppliers.
• Plan and execute campaign deals according to the trade plan while collaborating with analytics, planning, supply chain, offer development, commercial, technology, delivery, legal, and customer experience teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in vendor acquisition and vendor management.
• Good understanding of the Polish retail market.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills.
• Fluent Polish and English communication.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated pricing setup.
• Previous purchasing experience in the DIY or Garden category.
