Junior Procurement Specialist - Temporary Role (SAP Ariba)

What you will do

• Act as a first point of contact for users and stakeholders using SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass.
• Resolve user requests and system incidents in a timely, structured, ticket-based environment.
• Guide users, diagnose issues, and clarify digital procurement system functionality.
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders, IS Delivery teams, and external service providers to resolve issues and maintain system stability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes based on recurring issues and user feedback.

Requirements

• Interest in digital tools and systems, particularly SAP Ariba, Ariba Buying, SAP Fieldglass, or similar procurement platforms within the Procure to Pay domain.
• Initial experience or exposure to system support, shared services, or procurement tools.
• Familiarity with ticket-based support environments and basic problem-solving for system-related issues.
• Motivation, service orientation, solid communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Business, Logistics, IT, or a related field.
• English communication skills at a minimum B2 level.

• Knowledge of an additional language is a strong advantage.
