Commercial Loan Servicing Representative (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Kansas City, Missouri; in-office 3 days per week.

Salary: $19.00–$27.65 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide back-office operations support for commercial, business banking, and specialty lending products.
• Review loan submissions and post-closing documentation for regulatory, legal, and hirify.global policy compliance.
• Prepare loan documents and interpret complex documentation to set up loans in the loan accounting system.
• Post loan transactions, resolve account problems, and research customer concerns.
• Monitor and report on collateral securing commercial loans.
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to improve service levels.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze, interpret, and accurately understand commercial loan and/or legal documentation.
• Motivated, organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Inquisitive, adaptable, resilient team player with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
