Commercial Loan Services Specialist 3 (Syndicated Loans)

Location: Office-based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan or Dallas, Texas; applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

hirify.global provides commercial banking services and manages participated and syndicated loan portfolios.

What you will do

• Independently service an assigned portfolio of high-dollar participated and syndicated loans according to executed credit agreements.
• Process payments, advances, loan transactions, fund transfers, and wire settlements with participant banks.
• Close and book syndicated loans in the ACBS loan system, including collateral review and coordination with Syndication Directors and attorneys.
• Prepare transaction advice for participant banks and work with customers on loan rate options and fund transfers.
• Research loan balance discrepancies, interpret credit agreements, review loan and rate histories, and resolve accounting and billing errors.
• Monitor suspect reports, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with participant banks and internal business partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience involving commercial loan documentation, including review, preparation, or account maintenance.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Associate degree.
• Experience reading and interpreting loan documents, including participation or syndication documents.
• Experience with a syndicated loan system, financial balancing and reconciliation, large-dollar transactions, and production environments with strict deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, time management, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Understanding of, or ability to learn, complex commercial lending processes.
