Loan Support Analyst (Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval; occasional in-office participation may be required.

What you will do

• Service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.
• Analyze loan agreements and apply servicing terms in compliance with documentation, policies, regulations, and servicing agreements.
• Process borrower requests, loan payments, escrows, reserve disbursements, address changes, late-charge waivers, and rate-cap reviews.
• Monitor delinquencies, perform collection activities, and resolve non-compliant issues with internal and external parties.
• Maintain accurate servicing records and support loan onboarding, loan transitions, tax and insurance administration, and reporting.
• Review reports for exceptions, support quality control, and contribute to risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience, or comparable education, certification, and experience.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, compliance requirements, due diligence, financial analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, attention to detail, communication, decision-making, and customer interaction skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
