Commercial Booking Loan Fulfillment Analyst (Corporate Banking)

Location: Hoover, Alabama, United States; onsite at Riverchase Complex North Building, 2050 Parkway Office Circle.

Salary: $77,530–$92,210 USD per year; not incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end closing, funding, and booking of complex credit facilities originated within the Corporate Banking Group.
• Coordinate with Coverage, Underwriting, Agency Loan Services, Legal, and external counsel to ensure accurate documentation, operational feasibility, and regulatory compliance.
• Issue Clear to Close and drive timely, accurate funding and boarding with a clean handoff to life-of-loan servicing.
• Provide first-line risk oversight, identify emerging risks, escalate issues, and drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Review booking setups, exception handling, funding packages, data quality, compliance requirements, and risk indicators.
• Coach Fulfillment Specialists, contribute to procedures and training materials, participate in system testing, and support process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five years of commercial or syndicated loan closing, booking, or servicing experience.
• Strong comprehension of loan documentation and closing mechanics, including experience coordinating with external counsel.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML, flood, and insurance regulatory requirements, as well as agency and syndication workflows.
• Ability to own timelines, prioritize work, and resolve issues.
• Ability to perform detail-oriented reviews and provide clear, concise feedback.
• Strong risk awareness and control discipline, with sound judgment, prompt escalation, and audit-ready documentation.
• Understanding of funding and booking mechanics, fee and interest setups, and data integrity.
• Confident client presence, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex topics to leadership and senior partners.
