Commercial Construction Project Executive Mission Critical

What you will do

• Manage small and large-scale projects from discovery and design through development, implementation, and closeout.
• Maintain safety standards, project processes, quality control plans, schedules, and HITT policies.
• Negotiate client contracts and justified time extensions while resolving scope issues with subcontractors.
• Lead preconstruction and RFP package efforts with the Preconstruction Department and other company resources.
• Assign and evaluate field personnel, delegate responsibilities, and coach assistant-level operations team members.
• Acquire new work, maintain client relationships, and foster positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and colleagues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Prior healthcare construction project experience is required.
• Previous project management experience with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to master project-specific software, including Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards.
• Mastery of reading, interpreting, and updating construction drawings.
• Ability to organize people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve results.
• Knowledge of current market conditions, pricing conventions, and trends.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, initiative, integrity, adaptability, collaboration, customer service, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to recognize quality and implement contractual and HITT quality standards.

Nice to have

• A four-year degree from an accredited university in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred; additional work experience may substitute for the degree.
