Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Phoenix, Austin, Nashville, Tampa, Atlanta, or Raleigh, United States. The role requires onsite interaction with clients and facility teams and up to 35% travel to remote sites throughout the United States.

Salary: $93,500–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage project budgets, master schedules, agendas, and project phases.
• Prepare project reports and coordinate drawing reviews across conceptual, design, construction, and closeout phases.
• Coordinate the selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, invoices, project costs, and budget impacts.
• Work with clients, account managers, owners, and property or facility management teams.
• Report project risks and findings, obtain approvals, and ensure compliance with policies, building codes, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 5 years of directly related engineering or construction project accountability experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing employees.
• Strong client focus, communication, relationship management, leadership, organization, and time-management skills.

• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects.
