Non-Tech Project Manager IV

Location: Austin, TX, United States; travel required 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $108,000.00–$148,500.00 per year.

What you will do

• Manage the Outsourced Labor Program and large-scale process-efficiency improvement projects.
• Analyze cycle-time performance, process variances, and efficiency metrics using Excel and Tableau.
• Lead cross-functional teams, influence outcomes without direct authority, and drive accountability in a matrix-managed organization.
• Review and deliver against multiple KPIs while applying root cause analysis techniques.
• Develop supplier networks in North America and negotiate costs and commercial terms.
• Present findings and project outcomes to senior leadership and collaborate with global teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in process improvement and large-scale global projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or engineering and PMP certification.
• Prior supply-chain experience in a large organization.
• Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local regulations affecting business operations and sourcing activities.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience developing supplier networks within North America.
• Very proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced search functions; Microsoft Office; project-management tools; and data analysis using Excel and Tableau.
• Proficient in Tableau, root cause analysis, KPI management, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience leading without authority, influencing outcomes, driving accountability, and working with cross-functional teams in matrix-managed organizations.
• Exceptional prioritization, organization, communication, presentation, public-speaking, and virtual-interaction skills; self-motivated and solution-driven.
