Operations Support Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage alignment between customer demand, supplier commitments, purchase orders, inventory, and required delivery or build dates.
• Own and maintain the customer build plan as the operational source for near-term execution.
• Identify shortages, excess inventory, material constraints, and schedule risks, and drive recovery actions through resolution.
• Manage supplier commitments, including missing, late, or insufficient commits, and coordinate escalations.
• Partner with Buyers and Demand Planners on purchase-order execution, MRP exceptions, demand changes, and inventory optimization.
• Coordinate execution across Procurement, Operations, Program Management, suppliers, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
• Experience coordinating demand, supply, procurement execution, inventory, supplier commitments, and customer build requirements.
• Ability to manage purchase-order exceptions, including push, pull, cancellation, quantity, and date changes.
• Ability to review MRP exceptions, validate demand signals, identify material risks, and drive actions to closure.
