Procurement Manager - Avionics

What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and material availability across operations.
• Manage the Buyers team and ensure supply continuity for production and customer commitments.
• Develop supplier scorecards, business reviews, recovery plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management on production execution and future demand.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies for business continuity.
• Drive procurement KPIs, including supplier on-time delivery and cost reduction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience.
• Proven experience managing procurement or buying teams.
• Experience in the aerospace industry and in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing suppliers and subcontractors and conducting commercial negotiations.
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• SAP experience is a significant advantage.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
