What you will do

• Identify, define, and document client Business Intelligence needs and recommend Strategy functionality for short- and long-term goals.
• Build Strategy metadata objects, reports, dashboards, application objects, metrics, templates, and filters.
• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and develop Strategy products within a Scrum Agile team.
• Act as a Strategy subject matter expert and client liaison during demonstrations and interactive design sessions.
• Balance analyst, developer, and architect responsibilities across client engagements and apply complementary BI best practices.
• Communicate clearly and solve problems with clients and teammates.

Requirements

• Active US government top secret clearance is required for eligibility.
• At least 5 years developing and supporting Business Intelligence applications, including Strategy formerly MicroStrategy, SDK, and REST API mstrio-Py; alternatively, at least 3 years in Strategy plus 2 years in other BI applications such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Cognos, or similar.
• Experience serving as a Strategy SME, guiding architecture, and identifying platform efficiencies including Mosaic and HyperIntelligence cards.
• Experience with Strategy Workstation or Developer, including dynamic dossiers, report development, and project design covering facts, attributes, hierarchies, aggregation, and portal integration.
• Experience defining, designing, implementing, and maintaining Strategy schemas, or mapping equivalent semantic and enterprise data architecture layers in another enterprise BI suite.
• Experience reviewing and enhancing logical and physical database designs, relational structures, dimensional data models, and data warehouses.
• Experience with client-server and cloud-based BI architecture.
• Experience using SQL to profile, test, and report data.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring, governing, troubleshooting, and tuning Intelligence Server.
• Experience with Strategy Security Administration and Strategy Workstation as a replacement for legacy Developer tools.
• Experience migrating, translating, or integrating legacy dashboards and data flows from Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools into an enterprise Strategy environment.
