Analyst, Business Intelligence

Location: Remote; preferably based in New York City

Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, depending on location, qualifications, and internal equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain reporting suites and dashboards that support business decision-making.
• Lead analytical projects end to end, from scoping and data analysis to actionable recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders across Operations, Risk, Servicing, Finance, Product, and Sales to answer high-priority questions.
• Build and refine models that explain team performance and support planning.
• Perform ad hoc quantitative analysis and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineers to ensure accurate data is delivered to the right places.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides skills, with the ability to create clear narratives from data.
• Ability to develop analytical stories and translate complex analysis into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Consulting experience.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to connect analysis with stakeholder priorities and company goals.
• Interest in using AI tools to solve data and analytical problems.
