Business System Analyst (SCM System Support) (Supply Chain Management)

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for SCM system inquiries and resolve administrative issues.
• Analyze Forecast, Allocation, Channel Data, Sell-Out, Inventory, and other SCM information.
• Monitor data interfaces and ensure data integrity across SCM systems.
• Attend business-user meetings, summarize requirements, and communicate them to the development team at Headquarters in Korea.
• Validate new SCM features, train users, and provide feedback to the Korea-based development team.
• Monitor irregularities and provide technical and advisory support to maintain business continuity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of functional experience in Supply Chain Management, including Forecasting, RTF, and Allocation; this experience is listed as a plus.
• Ability to analyze SCM processes and data and understand interfaces between multiple systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• BS/BA or higher in an information-management-related field.
• Bilingual Korean required.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced Planning system experience.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude Chat or Cowork.
