Warehouse First Line Supervisor (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Manage warehouse space, warehouse service providers, inventory priorities, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate materials, labels, supplies, sample shipments, packaging, documentation, and production support.
• Support DOT, IATA, IMDG, GHS labeling, and Hazard Communication activities.
• Maintain site support for Zebra label-printing equipment, forklift telemetry, SAP, MES, and Webcycle transactions.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, facilities services, equipment, PPE, waste-container disposal, invoices, and service contracts.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Maintenance, EHS, Accounts Payable, and other internal functions; provide administrative or supervisory support as assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, supply chain, manufacturing operations, logistics, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of inventory-management and warehouse processes, including investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and implementation of appropriate solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities and priorities with limited day-to-day direction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple functions.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment while considering broader operational impacts.

Nice to have

• Experience using SAP for inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or supply-chain activities.
• Experience with MES, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, warehouse labeling systems, or Zebra printers.
• Experience with GHS labeling, Hazard Communication, DOT/IATA shipping, or IMDG requirements.
• Experience coordinating third-party logistics, warehouse, facilities, or service vendors.
• Previous supervisory, team-lead, or employee/contractor oversight experience.
