Supervisor - Warehousing and Distribution (Aerospace Logistics)

Location: San Francisco or Los Angeles, California, United States

Base pay range: $82,890–$101,310 per year, plus potential bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Supervise receiving, binning, shipping, inventory, and distribution of serviceable and unserviceable aircraft parts.
• Manage hazardous materials handling, domestic and international shipping, AOG/AOM shipments, surplus disposition, and inventory accuracy.
• Implement Lean and continuous improvement processes, automated warehousing solutions, and systems that optimize material flow.
• Oversee audits, safety and security requirements, incident investigations, training schedules, employee records, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, forecasts, performance monitoring, distribution plans, and resource needs for an assigned shift or location.
• Develop positive relationships with maintenance customers and adjacent departments while mentoring frontline employees for advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in warehousing and distribution, supply chain, logistics, or related aviation operations.
• Must obtain Dangerous Goods certification within six months of starting.
• Communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Successful completion of an interview and reliable, punctual attendance are required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant work experience in aviation management, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Cycle Counting experience.
