Inventory Control Supervisor (Manufacturing)

hirify.global is hiring for inventory control operations supporting Chem-Trend North American facilities and warehouses.

What you will do

• Direct, control, and maintain finished goods and raw material inventory levels across North American facilities and external warehouses.
• Lead, coach, and develop the inventory control team through training, performance feedback, and day-to-day guidance.
• Monitor inventory control KPIs, including scrapped, aged, obsolete, nonconforming, and slow-moving inventory.
• Monitor off-site finished goods inventory for compliance with shelf-life requirements.
• Lead month-end reconciliations and coordinate annual physical inventory activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing inventory data, monitoring inventory performance, and supporting corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management tools.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of supervisory, team lead, or functional leadership experience.
• SAP experience.
