Country Warehouse Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Clifton Park, New York, United States. The position may require up to 20% travel.

hirify.global develops and services advanced lithography machines that enable leading semiconductor manufacturers to produce smaller, faster, and more energy-efficient microchips.

What you will do

• Plan and manage warehouse budgets, cost-saving initiatives, and infrastructure project budgets.
• Manage third-party logistics providers through regular performance reviews and service-level monitoring.
• Translate parts and tools handling requirements into fit-for-purpose warehouse facilities and drive infrastructure changes.
• Manage logistics suppliers and ensure infrastructure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Build relationships with Procurement, suppliers, local customer supply chain teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support Warehouse Management System implementations and ensure smooth handover to operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics; technology industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with service logistics and managing third-party logistics providers is strongly preferred.
• Experience with process standardization and project management is preferred.
• Proactive, results-oriented ownership with strong prioritization and relationship-building skills.
• Legal authorization to access United States-controlled technology is required before starting the position.

• LEAN experience.
• Warehouse Management System implementation experience.
• SAP experience.
