ELDS Warehouse/Internal Logistics Specialist

What you will do

• Optimize inventory processes, coordinate and expedite materials, and support production schedules.
• Maintain inventory quality and accuracy, inventory management systems, SAP data, and storage-location records.
• Schedule dedicated and expedited transportation, track transportation costs, and recommend cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop and integrate processes that improve safety, efficiency, quality, and cost control.
• Collaborate with plant leadership, commercial teams, customer service, and finance on complex logistics issues.
• Perform warehouse operations including sorting, picking, packing, goods receipts, cycle counting, raw-material audits, and performance-metric reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing warehouses, planning, or logistics.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience using SAP.
• Basic forklift operation knowledge and skills.
• Knowledge of hand tools such as tape measures, calipers, and grinders, as needed.
• Ability to safely use a ladder and lift, push, or pull up to 40 lb, as needed.
