Operations & Logistics Specialist (Robotics)

Location: Savannah, United States of America; must be eligible to work in the United States

Base pay: $27–32 per hour

What you will do

• Pick warehouse parts and components using lists generated by the warehouse management system.
• Pack shipments, secure and wrap pallets, create shipping labels, and route incoming and outgoing materials.
• Process inventory transactions in the WMS and maintain accurate stock records.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process guides, workflow templates, and operational documentation.
• Manage centralized tracking of operational, inventory, and cross-departmental requests, including prioritization and resolution.
• Expedite parts, monitor material flow between departments, and collaborate across teams to improve fulfillment and logistics efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, order fulfillment, or business operations.
• Proficiency with request tracking tools, ticketing platforms, or operational document management systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly, stand for long periods, and operate pallet jacks.
• Exceptional attention to detail for order accuracy, inventory processing, and documentation.
• Familiarity with WMS, inventory tracking software, and office productivity tools.
• Strong organizational skills and experience creating standardized process documentation and improving workflow efficiency.
• Responsibility, reliability, proactive problem-solving, a team-first attitude, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
