Inventory Specialist (Robotics)

Location: Redwood City, CA, United States; full-time on-site role

Salary: $28–$30 per hour

What you will do

• Perform regular cycle counts of robot and Skill Capture Glove parts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect, label, and put away incoming machined parts, molded parts, cables, and other components.
• Organize the stockroom and kit parts for builds, repairs, and R&D.
• Help build inventory systems, standard operating procedures, and reorder rules as production scales.
• Coordinate material release, exchange, and reception across departments.
• Maintain accurate material quantities in the manufacturing execution system and support a steady workflow.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, stockroom operations, or materials handling, preferably with electromechanical hardware.
• Strong attention to detail when handling small, similar-looking components.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfort standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lb.
• Ability to work full-time on site in Redwood City.

• Experience with inventory or ERP systems.
