Production Scheduler (Robotics)

What you will do

• Schedule cell and sub-assembly work-order releases based on customer demand, kitting needs, design readiness, material availability, production resources, safety stock, and floorspace.
• Identify material deliveries and expedite critical components needed to meet build and shipment schedules.
• Track design changes, feature rollouts, and production requirements to optimize schedules.
• Manage return cells, un-build schedules, inventory returns, and timely work-order and sales-order closure in the ERP.
• Collaborate with Engineering on work-order BOMs, including parts selection, vintage component reuse, and customer-specific requirements.
• Develop schedule-planning systems in NetSuite and other tools such as Monday.com, Tableau, and Airtable while maintaining BOM and ERP accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of production or engineering experience, preferably including production planning and multi-level BOM configurations.
• Knowledge of production planning systems.
• Experience supporting new product launches.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory management.
• Must be able to comply with U.S. export-control regulations, which may require meeting the definition of a U.S. Person where applicable.
• The role may involve access to ITAR- and/or EAR-controlled information and Controlled Unclassified Information.
• Employment may be contingent on successfully completing a background check consistent with applicable requirements.
