Logistics Specialist I - Inventory (Aerospace)

Location: On-site in Cape Canaveral, Florida, United States; successful candidates must clear a US government background check for on-site work at a government partner location.

Hiring range: $19.18–$28.76 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Maintain inventory accuracy and track inventory movements.
• Receive, store, fulfill, and deliver materials across site locations.
• Support kitting activities and daily build and launch operations.
• Use ERP and MES systems while collaborating with internal customers and cross-functional work centers.
• Safely transport materials for the weld shop, launch pad, fluids technicians, infrastructure, and integration teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in an inventory or logistics role.
• 2+ years of experience with ERP, MES, and/or WMS software.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
• Ability to clear a background check administered by the US government for on-site work at the government partner location.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification.
• Experience in aerospace or automotive environments.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter with experience defining and owning a process from scratch.
