Database Developer (SQL/T-SQL)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; travel requirement: 0–10%

What you will do

• Architect, design, and optimize relational database schemas and objects for high-volume, real-time logistics services.
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to improve platform stability, reporting capabilities, and database practices.
• Develop high-performance SQL and T-SQL and conduct code reviews focused on quality and data integrity.
• Estimate, prototype, and deliver database features end to end in an agile, developer-empowered environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with MS SQL and T-SQL development in production environments.
• Experience in data architecture, relational table design, and complex stored procedure implementation.
• Strong expertise in SQL performance tuning and scaling large, high-volume database systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with database administration practices.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, migrations, and modern data platforms.
