Project Manager - Software Solutions Implementation

Location: Hybrid position in Bogotá, Colombia, at hirify.global's Torre Krystal facilities

What you will do

• Manage projects or programs end to end across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing.
• Control scope, schedule, budget, revenue forecasts, quality, resources, communications, risks, and stakeholders.
• Define tasks and project plans, monitor progress, manage scope changes, and maintain project management systems and reporting.
• Lead project teams, provide performance feedback, and serve as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage issues and mitigation plans, escalate resolutions, and report project status at agreed intervals.
• Advise clients on solution roadmaps and ROI, assess project results, capture lessons learned, and contribute to project management methodology improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of current, proven experience as a project manager leading teams and managing people in a matrix environment; experience with international clients is required.
• Experience as a project manager in a consulting, software, or similar organization delivering solutions to external clients.
• Experience managing the full software SDLC, including discovery, design, and development of custom solutions.
• Experience managing complex, dynamic, large, and simultaneous projects, including IT and software delivery projects.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and span business and technical issues.
• Ability and willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment and in a global collaborative team.
• Strong business acumen, revenue forecast management, and budget management skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in systems engineering or a related field.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
