Senior Project Manager (Digital Commerce)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software and digital commerce projects, managing scope, budget, timeline, quality, contracts, and delivery methodology.
• Monitor project health, client satisfaction, estimates to completion, budget forecasts, resource needs, risks, and potential write-offs.
• Enable distributed cross-functional teams through clear goals, routines, communication, accountability, onboarding, and gap mitigation.
• Manage client and stakeholder communication, status reporting, governance, decision-making, risks, issues, changes, and expectations.
• Maintain accurate project plans, documentation, invoicing reports, and delivery-quality records while sharing knowledge across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven Project Manager experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or client-services environment delivering software and digital projects for external clients.
• Strong record of successful project delivery, high client satisfaction, and end-to-end project management.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and leading challenging client-facing conversations.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools, with the ability to apply them in complex environments.
• Experience delivering software development projects and leading distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust across internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, team motivation, commercial, goal-oriented, and proactive delivery skills.
• Strong advocacy for using digital tools and data to track project progress, risks, health, and compliance.
• Fully remote work within Argentina or Colombia.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in Project Management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent, and/or Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
