Product Manager, Healthcare Platforms & Integrations (Healthcare)

Location: United States; hybrid role requiring residence in or near one of the designated collaboration hubs: Costa Mesa, San Jose, Allen, Austin, Franklin, New York, Schaumburg, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Boston, or Seattle.

Salary: $82,644–$143,249 base pay, plus eligibility for variable pay.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the eCare NEXT workflow engine, system integrations, and data pipeline supporting healthcare revenue cycle solutions.
• Analyze end-to-end data flows, validation and transformation, business rules, routing, state changes, exceptions, and downstream outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize the engineering backlog and platform investments across roadmap outcomes, integration requests, reliability, technical debt, and production issues.
• Partner with engineering through prototyping, requirements refinement, acceptance criteria, feedback, and delivery reviews.
• Serve as the primary contact for consuming product teams; manage intake, change requests, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Run discovery, demos, and roadmap reviews with internal product teams and health-system clients; use AI tools to prototype capabilities and guide changes through compliance, data-protection, and regulatory processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product area from strategy through delivery.
• Experience guiding an engineering team and owning a product roadmap and backlog.
• Ability to analyze end-to-end data flows and workflow behavior across systems, including validation, transformation, rules, dependencies, failures, and downstream effects.
• Experience with healthcare IT, system integrations, or backend/platform products supporting multiple product teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards such as HL7, X12, or FHIR, and HIPAA data-protection requirements.
• Experience using AI tools such as Cursor or Claude to explore or prototype product concepts with engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must reside in or near a designated Collaboration Hub for this role.
