Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Insights (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Philadelphia, United States, or Ireland, including Limerick.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $118,300–$219,800 annually. For Home Based - Ireland and Ireland - Limerick, the base pay range is €71,700–€119,500 annually. Annual incentive bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Own the vision, prioritization, and delivery of analytics capabilities, including dashboards, KPIs, and embedded insights, across Clinical Solutions products.
• Research clinical and operational user needs and develop analytics products that address health-system challenges.
• Translate strategy into analytics roadmaps and delivery plans with Technology, Informatics, and Analytics teams.
• Identify thoughtful applications of generative AI for insight delivery, data exploration, and analytics usability.
• Define and track product OKRs and KPIs while ensuring measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Partner on data integration, modeling, governance, commercialization, adoption, stakeholder alignment, and regulatory awareness.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in product management, analytics, informatics, or healthcare technology.
• Proven success delivering data or analytics products, ideally in clinical or health-system contexts.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards including FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, and LOINC, as well as analytics tools and platforms.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI/ML or generative AI in a product or analytics context.
• Advanced degree in informatics, public health, or data science.
• Clinical background.
