Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

Expected full-time base salary: $165,000–$200,000 per year, plus potential equity, paid time off, and benefits.

What you will do

• Identify high-impact product problems, assess their business impact, and help define the product roadmap.
• Lead the product development process from problem discovery and requirements documentation through launch.
• Investigate user issues, operational data, support requests, and product performance to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, design, engineering, customers, and end users to develop practical solutions.
• Provide context that enables engineering and design teams to move quickly, iterate, and make informed trade-offs.
• Identify opportunities for innovation as the platform scales across specialty care workflows.

Requirements

• Senior-level product management experience with technical depth and the ability to understand software implementation and challenge scope decisions.
• Meaningful experience using AI to improve product development, scoping, and personal productivity.
• Fluency in SQL, including writing and debugging queries and using data to drive product decisions.
• Experience conducting user research with operators or clinicians in complex, time-pressured workflows.
• Comfort working directly with operational issues, support triage, data cleanup, quality checks, and product details.
• Strong ownership, independent problem-solving, learning ability, and attention to product design and user experience.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or pharmacy domain knowledge.
• Experience with regulated products, including HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar requirements.
