Senior Architect, Enterprise Agentic Automation (AI)

Location: Fully remote and global; work from anywhere

Annual total target cash: United States $171,100–$275,800; United Kingdom £107,400–£176,700; Singapore S$212,400–S$318,600. Compensation is location-based and includes base salary plus 100% variable target where applicable.

What you will do

• Own enterprise agentic automation use cases end to end, from discovery through production and value realization.
• Run discovery and process redesign with process owners, defining current-state baselines, target processes, and the roles of agents, rules, and people.
• Translate target processes into epics, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and increments that engineers can build directly.
• Design solutions within the reference architecture and develop new patterns from delivery learnings.
• Lead technical delivery by planning increments, managing dependencies and risks, and aligning process owners and sponsors on decisions.
• Track value by initiative and increment, and feed delivery learnings into the reference architecture, delivery method, and product.

Requirements

• 7+ years in solution architecture or technical/process consulting, including an engineering background in Java, JavaScript, or similar and significant delivery experience for business or customers.
• Track record of leading process orchestration initiatives, using hirify.global or a comparable platform, from discovery to production without handing off after design.
• Strong business analysis and process management skills, including discovery and process redesign workshops with business stakeholders.
• Ability to model processes in BPMN and turn workshop outcomes into solid solution designs.
• Enterprise solution and data architecture experience covering integrations, APIs, and the data required by processes and agents across systems.
• AI-first mindset with initial experience designing and building enterprise-grade agentic solutions.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Ability and/or willingness to use hirify.global.

Nice to have

• Experience in Finance or other back-office operations, including P2P or Q2C.
• Experience building value cases from operational data, including baselines, volumes, value per increment, value engineering, or benefits tracking.
• Experience with process intelligence or process mining tools.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce, or Zip.
