Senior Partner Solutions Architect - Cloud Platform (AI)

Location: Remote, San Francisco, United States. hirify.global supports office, home, or combined work arrangements and can hire in countries where it has a legal entity.

Base pay: Zone A $180,000–$235,000; Zone B $162,000–$211,500; Zone C $149,400–$195,050 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture roadmap, capability planning, and co-innovation initiatives with Accenture across AMER and global markets.
• Design and package repeatable industry solutions, vertical blueprints, and custom AI agents powered by hirify.global Rovo and Teamwork Graph.
• Run architectural design sessions, hackathons, and technical bootcamps to improve Accenture's AI maturity and delivery capabilities.
• Guide integrations between enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft 365, Slack, and GitHub and the Teamwork Graph.
• Support enterprise co-selling through solution validation, proofs of concept, and co-delivery governance for large-scale transformations.
• Publish reference architectures, technical briefs, whitepapers, and delivery playbooks while influencing hirify.global AI Platform, Teamwork Graph, and Forge product teams.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, systems integration, or partner engineering with or within GSIs such as Accenture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI patterns, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with graph data architectures, metadata modeling, entity mapping, and unifying fragmented enterprise data sources.
• Hands-on proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven webhooks, and modern developer platforms.
• Deep knowledge of SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, data residency, LLM security guardrails, and compliance in regulated industries.
• Ability to communicate complex architecture and business value to C-suite leaders, practice directors, and managing directors.

• Experience with hirify.global Forge, AWS Lambda, or serverless runtimes.
• Experience driving continuous learning in modern work management platforms, graph technologies, and agentic AI architectures.
