Sr. Business Architecture Manager (AI)

Location: 100% remote within the United States, with up to 10% travel to customer, vendor, or business locations. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $142,900–$160,000 plus a 10% bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Business and Process Architects, including prioritization, quality review, onboarding, succession planning, and recruitment.
• Define current and future states through capability maps, value streams, process models, operating models, and business architecture deliverables.
• Translate business strategy into capability roadmaps and target operating models aligned with enterprise transformation and digital modernization.
• Architect intelligent automation, generative AI, decision intelligence, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems into end-to-end business workflows.
• Partner with enterprise, solution, technical, data, and digital architects to align business and technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations, communicate trade-offs, support change management, and drive stakeholder adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required; equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 7 years of experience in business or enterprise architecture with strong delivery experience; 10 years is preferred.
• At least 3 years managing or leading architects or architecture teams, with accountability for performance, development, and delivery of results.
• Proficiency in flowcharting, diagramming, and process flows using Lucid, Nintex, and Visio.
• Strong knowledge of capability maps, process flows, value streams, operating models, capability-based planning, business impact analysis, capability assessments, and solution definition.
• Hands-on experience with BPM, process mining, RPA, intelligent automation, and AI/ML-driven workflow orchestration.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise operations use cases.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, analytical, planning, budgeting, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead through influence, manage strategic and tactical priorities, mentor others, make sound decisions, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively across functions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, travel up to 10%, and use Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree and relevant certifications such as CBA, BAP, TOGAF, or BIZBOK.
• Experience in telecom, call centers, customer engagement platforms, telecom or call-platform architecture, CRM, or ERP architecture.
• Knowledge of modern cloud, data, and integration strategies.
• Experience designing AI-enabled operating models.
