Senior Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in the Warsaw or Budapest office, with flexibility to travel.

What you will do

• Implement transformation projects across sectors and ensure long-term impact delivery.
• Manage project workstreams largely independently with support from Delivery or Engagement Managers, McKinsey colleagues, and client teams.
• Lead junior consultants and clients within projects or workstreams.
• Conduct client meetings and workshops to achieve project objectives.
• Support strategic and operational project management, execution, and sustainable transformation implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, or engineering with a strong academic record.
• 4+ years of experience in project delivery, project management implementation, or PMO, preferably in consulting.
• Proven experience in business transformation or business change, including organizational structure, capability building, digital transformation, transformation office setup and execution, operational excellence, turnaround execution, finance transformation, or supply chain transformation.
• Strong pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and with agility in a consulting environment.
• Fluency in the local language and English at native or equivalent level.
• Hybrid working with flexibility to travel.

Nice to have

• Private-sector industry experience in financial services or insurance, manufacturing, logistics, mining, industrials, FMCG, automotive, or retail.
• Functional experience with AI-related solutions such as analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools.
