AI Business Consultant (Process & Automation)

Location: Poland; fully remote, with optional work from offices in Warsaw and Bydgoszcz or coworking spaces in Poznań, Łódź, Wrocław, and Gdańsk.

What you will do

• Own the full AI transformation journey from discovery workshops to deployment and measurable ROI.
• Lead discussions with business stakeholders to uncover and prioritize pain points and AI opportunities.
• Redesign AS-IS processes into TO-BE workflows for AI and automation.
• Gather, engineer, visualize, and manage requirements.
• Produce specifications, flow diagrams, and user stories as blueprints for engineering teams.
• Work with ML and AI engineers to design and deliver practical solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Process Optimization, or Process Automation solutions.
• Experience leading interactive discovery sessions and scoping workshops.
• Ability to gather and engineer requirements, including writing, visualization, and management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Experience evaluating use cases using structured frameworks such as impact versus effort or feasibility analysis.
• Understanding of process mapping, workflow automation, and practical applications of AI in business.
• Daily use of AI tools for research, proofreading, and document structuring.
• Strong communication skills and a background in technology or strategy consulting.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and ethics in enterprise AI deployment.
