Principal Consultant

Location: Remote within the United States; Charlotte, NC

What you will do

• Serve as Functional Lead on product implementation project teams.
• Analyze, evaluate, and design business processes aligned with customers' operational and strategic goals.
• Implement, develop, and configure hirify.global software and produce detailed design documentation.
• Support the Technical Lead in implementing customer designs.
• Deliver product training and act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
• Support hirify.global operations including Support, Solution Advisory, and Product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Risk/Compliance Analyst, Business Analyst, or Consultant.
• 3+ years of experience in practice management or an IT role supporting Operations and/or Finance activities at professional firms.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, switch between tasks, and remain organized and flexible.
• Demonstrated maturity and acumen in business and professional environments.
• Objective, goal-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with hirify.global Conflicts or other conflicts process software.
