Sr Consulting Director

Location: Virtual Office, United States of America; regular travel required to meet clients’ needs and timetables.

Estimated hiring range: $135,200.00–$236,600.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead consulting teams through complex analyses and deliver actionable strategic recommendations.
• Translate analytical findings into compelling narratives for client decision-making and organizational strategy.
• Direct multiple consulting engagements or large-scale projects within scope, budget, quality, and schedule expectations.
• Oversee project financial performance, including P&L, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Present business cases to senior executives and C-suite leaders while building trusted client relationships.
• Support business development through lead generation, proposals, solution design, sales activities, thought leadership, and innovative consulting services.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading complex consulting engagements, managing project financial performance, and delivering strategic business solutions.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation, and data storytelling skills.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, including experience influencing senior leadership and C-suite audiences.
• Experience developing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to business development.
• Experience mentoring consulting professionals and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
