Sage Intacct Senior Consultant (Sage Construction Management)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include Illinois, Florida, Washington, D.C., Wisconsin, California, and other U.S. locations.

Salary: $97,600–$158,200 per year.

What you will do

• Manage multiple construction-industry implementation projects and customers using a prescriptive methodology to deliver in scope, on budget, and on time.
• Execute consulting, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training, data cleansing, and data migration.
• Configure Sage Intacct based on customer processes, industry knowledge, and system best practices, with emphasis on Sage Construction Management functionality and advanced modules.
• Design and build construction-specific KPIs, reports, dashboards, process documentation, and visual flowcharts.
• Provide customer support, resolve project issues, coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success, and serve as an escalation point.
• Coach and mentor implementation resources, Associate Solution Architects, and Solution Architects while contributing to deployment best practices and repeatable service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business, or MIS, with a general understanding of accounting terms from coursework or experience.
• Three or more years of experience providing consulting and implementing Sage Intacct.
• Understanding of the construction industry gained through operational or accounting involvement, including relevant construction micro-verticals.
• End-to-end consulting experience across the software delivery life cycle using a process-based methodology, or experience as an end user who completed a software implementation or upgrade.
• Demonstrated time management, communication, relationship-building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills, plus initiative and adaptability.
• Microsoft Suite skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant or Sage Intacct Construction Certified Implementation Consultant certification.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros, for data mapping, integration, and migration.
