Senior Software Engineer (C#/.NET)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $84,629–$124,122 annual base salary, with the range varying by state.

What you will do

• Design, develop, code, test, debug, and support new software and significant enhancements to existing platforms within an Agile Scrum team.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions in collaboration with business partners and technical staff.
• Define and implement automated tests with product developers.
• Build production-quality enterprise systems that meet agreed schedules and target scalability, reliability, and performance SLAs.
• Document work, participate in code reviews, and manage multiple concurrent projects and assignments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience; 4+ years with a master’s degree.
• Working knowledge of software development methodologies, standards, and coding best practices.
• Experience with Agile practices, including planning and grooming, sprint management, daily standups, and retrospectives; familiarity with JIRA.
• Extensive development experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS and SQL.
• Cloud development experience, preferably with Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving, time-management, written and verbal communication skills; a motivated, organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and fast-learning approach.

Nice to have

• Computer Science or a similar bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
