Consulting Analyst, Digital

Location: Chicago, IL; hybrid with an expectation to work in the office three days per week. Travel to client sites is required, with frequency depending on project and client needs. U.S. work authorization is required.

Base salary: $80,000 annually. Eligible for annual incentive compensation; estimated total compensation is $86,400–$89,600.

What you will do

• Assist with technology assessments, business process mapping, data conversions, user testing, and client support.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout project engagements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather qualitative data and understand institutional culture.
• Present key takeaways, communicate project updates, and organize project logistics.
• Propose solutions to complex client challenges while working independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s program with demonstrated academic excellence and graduation in Spring or Fall 2026.
• Interest in applying technology systems to business processes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Advanced or highly proficient Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, plus PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products such as Visio and Outlook.
• Comfort with a dynamic, fast-paced environment and potential extended hours depending on project demands.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work from the Chicago office three days per week.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
