Transformation Strategy Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, with an in-office expectation of 3 days per week. Preferred locations are Arlington, VA (Washington, DC metro area) and Louisville, KY; the NYC office may also be considered. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $78,200–$107,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead one or more complex, cross-functional transformation workstreams with limited support from team leadership.
• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to strategic and operational challenges.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and develop business cases and data-driven recommendations.
• Synthesize complex findings into executive-level stories and PowerPoint presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with business partners and influence stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while adapting to changing priorities and applying coaching and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1+ years of full-time work experience, including 1–3 years of consulting firm and strategy experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with business or healthcare exposure.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development.
• Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems.
