DevOps Infrastructure Administrator (Cloud Infrastructure)

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

hirify.global is hiring for a software-focused DevOps infrastructure role supporting reliable and efficient software delivery.

What you will do

• Own projects enabling continuous integration, service integration, automation, delivery, and deployment.
• Manage the organization’s continuous integration and delivery pipeline to maximize efficiency.
• Implement system hardening, configuration management, platform enhancements, maintenance, and SOX compliance execution.
• Define DevOps goals and metrics, optimize processes, and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and system administrators on technical decisions and solution delivery.
• Represent the software DevOps team on larger and more complex projects, guide junior team members, and report progress to management and customers.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of experience, preferably in software development, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of DevOps cloud infrastructure and GitHub Enterprise Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, automation, APIs, software development and engineering, scalability, and microservices.
• Experience or knowledge across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, SQL, debugging, and full-stack development.
• Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems and lead large, cross-division functional teams or projects.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
