What you will do

• Develop site strategic objectives, workforce plans, talent strategies, and organizational change initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance management, organizational design, team effectiveness, communication, feedback, policy interpretation, corrective action, and fair treatment.
• Resolve associate concerns, workplace conflicts, Code of Conduct investigations, and employee-relations matters.
• Lead engagement, culture, recognition, communication, well-being, and community-outreach initiatives.
• Administer compensation planning, benefits enrollment, HR technology, associate data, reporting, and talent metrics.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, quality and safety systems, FDA regulations, company policies, and accurate recordkeeping.

Requirements

• Adherence to hirify.global values and all applicable safety, environmental, security, quality, regulatory, and operating requirements.
• Ability to partner with site leaders and management on workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational design, performance, employee relations, and change management.
• Ability to interpret policies and apply corrective action, progressive discipline, termination, position elimination, RIF, and severance decisions fairly and consistently.
• Ability to conduct and document Code of Conduct investigations.
• Ability to manage compensation, benefits, payroll data transfers, HRIS records, associate records, compliance audits, and HR reporting.
• Ability to support local, state, and country labor-law compliance and participate in enterprise-wide HR projects.

• Full-time onsite position in Plymouth, Minnesota, United States.
• Manages 1–2 direct reports at the M2 level; the P4 level has no direct reports.
