Senior Manager, Human Resources (Aerospace)

Location: BlueOps, West Palm Beach, Florida, USA. The position requires successful completion of a post-offer background check and proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence for ITAR/EAR-restricted work; sponsorship is not available for export-restricted work authorization.

What you will do

• Advise the Blue Ops President and leadership team, translating business objectives into practical HR plans.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, corrective action, and organizational changes.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coach managers and support leadership development, career development, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
• Implement policies and employment practices, maintain documentation, support audits, and coordinate compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Manage and develop the HR Manager, HR Specialist, and Recruiter while coordinating with centralized People Operations on compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, equity, and enterprise programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• At least 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years managing projects or a team.
• Strong working knowledge of multi-state employment law and experience partnering with business leaders on operational HR and employee matters.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, recruiting, and workforce planning.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance business needs and employee experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycom.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• High professionalism, judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence and must not require sponsorship for export-restricted work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government contracting.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
• Experience supporting ITAR/EAR-regulated organizations.
• Experience working in matrixed or multi-location organizations.
