Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Mapleton, Illinois, United States; onsite five days per week. Domestic relocation is available to candidates who qualify. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year.

What you will do

• Lead HR professionals and collaborate with Centers of Excellence, global HR partners, process owners, and facility leadership.
• Advise leaders and managers on employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Lead workforce planning focused on skills identification, succession planning, and footprint management.
• Lead HR projects covering culture, employee engagement, talent pipelines, retention, and performance.
• Analyze HR metrics and data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
• Support hiring, training, and safety-related initiatives across all payrolls and shifts.

Requirements

• Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes and the ability to apply them to diverse situations.
• Understanding of global business issues, opportunities, and challenges.
• Knowledge of organizational vision, structure, culture, values, operating principles, and ethics, with the ability to align capabilities to business goals.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, influencing, leadership, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HR consulting approaches, tools, and techniques, with the ability to advise managers on HR initiatives.
• Knowledge of talent management, including attracting, recruiting, retaining, identifying, and developing talent.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Mapleton, Illinois.

• Experience with analysis and reporting.
• Experience presenting complex themes to audiences at different organizational levels.
