Human Resources Manager

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on HR programs, practices, and employee relations.
• Support and implement initiatives across talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, payroll, policy interpretation, training, communication, and safety.
• Collaborate on employment branding and recruiting strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Design and deliver programs that improve employee engagement and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Lead HR projects by managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional work, analyzing trends, and developing risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in an HR generalist or HR business partner role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
• Experience managing HR initiatives and supporting internal clients without direct team supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
