Senior Software Developer (SQL Server)

Location: On-site in Quantico, Virginia; US citizenship and an active Top Secret Clearance are required.

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software.
• Troubleshoot software applications and resolve systems integration and compatibility issues.
• Support software testing, including developing automated test scripts with automation tools.
• Manage server performance against service delivery objectives and improve system functionality, availability, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to deliverables and performance metrics.
• Implement technical best practices to improve tools, processes, team efficiency, and execution.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active Top Secret Clearance.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or additional relevant experience.
• SQL Server 2008 R2 or later, including T-SQL stored procedures and views.
• Familiarity with unit testing and its role in a Continuous Integration environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.
